Catering: We have a list of proven Catering Companies that you can select from or you can get your own cater pre-approved.

Bar Service: Dellwood Barn holds a State of MN Alcohol License and is sole provider for all alcohol and beverage services.  We have beers, wine, champagne, seltzer and mixed drinks. Signature cocktails and Mocktails too. Two custom bars areas: Outside Grain bin bar and inside barn.

DJ: We have a list of DJ companies to choose from, or you can find you own. Small bands are fun too.

Venue Hours: 9:00 am – 11: 00 pm.

Ceremony Locations: We have 3 beautiful ceremony locations that you can choose from to customize your special day.

• Outdoor Ceremony overlooking the scenic field
• Outdoor Ceremony by the historic red barn
• Indoor Ceremony inside the barn

Reserve Your Date: 25% down with signed agreement,  25% down 12 months before your event, Remaining balance 6 months before your wedding.

Smoking: Our fire pit is our designated area. Also, a great place for groomsmen to smoke a cigar.

Dogs: Your dog is allowed to be part of your ceremony.

Security: We partner with Off-Duty Washington County Sheriff Deputies.  They are onsite from 6—11 pm.

Parking: We have a large parking area and attendant provided.  We also have a golf cart to help transport guests if needed.  We are fully handicap accessible.

Furnishings Included:

• Handmade wood tables, dining chairs
• Gorgeous string lights draped across the 35-foot ceiling of the barn
• Whiskey barrel dessert bar and two antique doors for your tabletop
• Rustic whitewashed antique table for gifts and guest book table.
• Outdoor cocktail hour with pub tables and chairs.
• Fire pit with benches (unlimited firewood).

Wedding Insurance:  Day of Event Insurance is required.  We require $1Million. Wed sure insurance is $190.00 or you can get your own through your vendor.

Decor: We offer on-site rentals from reception décor and everything in between to decorate your wedding including lawn games.

Licenses: We have our Certificate of Occupancy and Use Permit and are in full compliance of all permits and ordinances required from the City of Grant and the State of Minnesota.

Venue Management:  Our team is ready from the moment you arrive until all guests/vendors are departed and to be on point for any venue needs.  We don’t require a Day of Coordinator to manage your day however it is highly recommend. We have an experienced onsite coordinator you can hire to make your day go more smoothly.

Rehearsal: We offer a package to come on Thursday, or you can do a walk through the day of your wedding.
